Companies across the world use a standard method to select best candidates. It is important because, just by looking at your resume or your certificates, your capabilities cannot be judged. A lot of your skills like attitude, communication skills, etc. can be judged only by a live meeting. Interview, is just that. It is a meeting of a prospective candidate with his prospective employer.
