The buzz around CAT, the entrance exam for admission into the prestigious Indain Institutes of Managements has begun. The exams will be conducted from October 27 to November 24, 2010, while the results will be declared on January 12. And today, 30th August, the sale of vouchers has commenced at select branches of Axis Bank and will continue till Sepetember 27th. The vouchers can be obtained by paying Rs. 1400. And for SC/ST students, the vouchers cost Rs. 700.
CAT 2009 was the first time when the test was made completely online and ran into controversy with too many technical glitches plaguing the process. And hence, this year, the testing window has been extended to 20 days.
